Can I recover losses from the Kincade Fire?
PG&E now admits that on October 23 at 9:20 p.m., a jumper wire on one of its high voltage towers near Geyserville failed, came loose, and dangled over the vegetation below. Within 10 minutes, flames ignited beneath the dangling wire. The flames became what is now known as the Kincade fire. Cal Fire has taken charge of the scene, and has roped off the area beneath the PG&E tower.
Sadly, failing jumper wires are nothing new for PG&E. In fact, that’s exactly what caused the 2018 Camp Fire.
Our lawyers have a successful track record against PG&E. No law firm in California has more experience suing PG&E.
Our lawyers represent over 6,000 victims of the Camp Fire and the 2017 North Bay Fires, and we can help you too. If you suffered Kincade Fire losses, please reach out to us. We want to help protect your rights. Call 707-512-9955 to learn more

You Don’t Pay Anything Unless We Win.
If we don’t win, you owe us nothing. We will not charge you legal fees or for any the costs of litigating your case unless you win a recovery from PG&E.
Multiple news reports have confirmed that a PG&E transmission tower malfunctioned and broke near the origin of the Kincade Fire, which sparked in northeast Sonoma County on October 23, 2019. PG&E has filed an official report with the California Public Utility Commission, stating it became aware of an outage about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday on a 230,000-volt transmission line “when the line relayed and did not reclose.” PG&E did not turn off its 230,000-volt and 115,000-volt transmission lines that were in the area, according to PG&E.

A lawsuit seeks from PG&E money to make you whole for the loss of your home, trees, property or belongings, medical bills, evacuation and temporary housing costs, emotional trauma and more. It doesn’t matter whether you have insurance because insurance alone won’t make you completely whole.
