KRON 4 MIKE DANKO INTERVIEW: PG&E Is Not Broke & It Needs to Pay for Causing the Camp Fire
Camp Fire Attorney Mike Danko spoke with KRON 4 about CAL Fire officially concluding that PG&E caused the deadly Camp Fire. According to Mike, PG&E is absolutely responsible not only for ensuring that wildfires like these are prevented going forward, but it is also responsible for directly paying for the recovery of the thousands of survivors. During his interview, Mike went on to say:
“PG&E Bankruptcy is largely a sham. PG&E is not broke, PG&E has plenty of assets and is totally capable of paying for what its’ done.
Now that PG&E has been found directly responsible for starting the Camp Fire, PG&E may be facing criminal charges for its negligent culture & for the losses of over 80 lives. Mike Danko and the Northern California Fire Lawyers will continue to fight for Camp Fire survivors to ensure that PG&E is held responsible for the devastating Camp Fire.
