Mike Danko is the only attorney in Northern California to proceed to verdict against PG&E in a case of this type. A jury listened to all of the evidence and awarded his clients money damages. As recent as 2017 on behalf of six of our clients, we started a trial in Sacramento against PG&E. After three days those cases settled. In 2013, we represented several residents injured by the PG&E San Bruno explosion. Their cases had been fully prepared for trial. PG&E settled these cases on the eve of trial.
